DELIVERY COSTS & TRANSIT TIMES

FREE for orders of £100.00 or more on Mainland UK Deliveries (England/Scotland/Wales).  £6.00 for orders for order £99.99 or below.

We dispatch via tracked DPD Courier who usually require a signature upon delivery, however due to COVID-19, contactless deliveries are made whenever possible.

If you are isolating and expecting a delivery from us:

Simply leave a signed note, attached to your front door, instructing the driver where your parcel should be left. They will take a photo of the signed note, along with a photo of where they have left your parcel as proof of delivery.

Does my order need to go through customs?

If we ship your order to an address outside the UK it will need to be cleared through customs. 
 

What about duties & taxes?

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, your order may also be subject to customs charges* which will be payable directly to the courier before they deliver.  Customs policies vary from country to country so you should contact your local customs office if you have any query.  Additionally, please note when ordering from Kookaburra, you're considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you're receiving the goods. 

*If you refuse to pay the customs charges for your order it will be returned to us by the courier and the goods will be returned for refund.  Please note that shipping costs for deliveries which have been refused will not be refunded.

Additional Information

Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.

Orders can't be delivered to PO Boxes, re-shippers, or packaging forwarding services. Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed.
