I recently purchased a pair of Kookaburra cricket shoes directly from the official website. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
The first pair developed visible damage within just 30 minutes of light training — a part of the upper material peeled off, which was unacceptable for brand new shoes. To be fair, customer service responded quickly and offered a replacement after I posted the damaged pair back.
However, my disappointment didn’t end there. When I received the replacement pair and tried to tighten the spikes using the spike key (straight out of the box, before even wearing the shoes), the key snapped. It broke during the first use, which has completely shaken my confidence in the overall quality of both the product and accessories.
I expected more from a brand like Kookaburra. While the customer service team was helpful, the product quality has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It’s unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support and use Kookaburra gear, but after this experience, I’m hesitant to rely on them again.

Purchased to replace a very old kookaburra cricket bag. There’s a vast choice on the kookaburra website so we contacted them by email to check out the differences .This one was chosen because it was very similar to the previous so we knew was the right size and my 12 yr old particularly liked the bat pockets. It’s an extremely roomy bag and he’s thrilled with it.

2 days after requesting a return of one of two pairs of hockey shoes I have not heard from kookaburra. Please would you expedite this. Hence only 4 stars. I wanted to give 5, but I don't think this is good enough. I have clicked on the YES for do I have to pay for return as I currently don't have a clue due to lack of response.
