Competition Terms & Conditions
INTRODUCTION
The Promoter is Kookaburra Reader Limited, located at 3 Brakey Road, Corby, Northants, NN17 5LU, United Kingdom.
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Kookaburra Win The Ultimate 2026 Season Kit Pack Prize Draw.
Entrants must be aged 13 years or over and residents of the UK or Ireland. Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enter.
Information on how to enter the Promotion and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, the Entrant warrants that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Subject to any applicable laws, these Terms and Conditions may be updated by the Promoter at any time, and no prior notice of the updated Terms and Conditions is required to be provided to Entrants.
Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are void. Entries will be deemed void if stolen, forged, mutilated, or tampered with in any way.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
HOW TO ENTER
The promotion commences on 7 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 1 December 2025 (“Registration Period”).
Entry into the Promotion occurs when a person submits their details on the competition landing page.
The Entrant must ensure the registration process is completed during the Registration Period.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period in its absolute discretion, subject to any relevant laws.
Entries will be deemed accepted once the registration process is completed and at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for incorrect or incomplete details provided by an Entrant.
Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries, or those containing offensive or defamatory material, or that breach any law or third-party rights (including intellectual property rights), will be deemed invalid.
Only entrants meeting the above eligibility criteria are eligible to win.
Employees of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion, and their respective immediate families, are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including but not limited to an Entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Entrant.
PRIZE
There will be one (1) major prize winner. The winner will receive:
a. The Ultimate 2026 Season Kit Pack; and
b. Delivery of the prize to the winner’s nominated address.
The Ultimate 2026 Season Kit Pack includes a selection of Kookaburra cricket equipment and apparel. Full prize details are available on the competition landing page.
The Promoter will advise the winner how and when to accept their prize. If the winner does not claim the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, the prize will be forfeited.
The prize (or any portion thereof) is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
If any element of the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right, in its discretion, to substitute the prize (or part of it) with another item of equal or greater value and/or specification.
To the extent permitted by law:
a. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the prize; and
b. No compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
AWARD OF PRIZE
The Promotion is a game of chance. The prize will be awarded to one Entrant selected at random.
Winner selection will take place at the Promoter’s offices, 3 Brakey Road, Weldon North Industrial Estate, Corby, Northants, NN17 5LU, United Kingdom, on 8 December 2025.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
The winner’s first name and county may be published on Kookaburra’s website and/or social media channels for transparency and verification purposes.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the winner cannot be contacted, and reasonable efforts to do so are unsuccessful, the prize will be re-drawn 21 days after the original draw at the same location. The winner of any unclaimed prize will be notified by email within 2 business days of selection.
The Promoter will retain records for three years after the completion of the competition, including:
a. An accurate financial accounting of all entries; and
b. An accurate report of prize distribution.
Acceptance of the prize is subject to the winner’s compliance with all applicable conditions of use and any supplier requirements.
GENERAL
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, voice, or other attributes in the event they are the winner (including photographs, film, or recordings) in any media for an unlimited period, without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting the Promotion or the Promoter’s products.
If the Promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation, including a release and indemnity form, as required by the Promoter or prize supplier.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by programming or technical error, or for any combination of such issues that may occur during the administration of the Promotion.
The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Information may also be used and disclosed to third parties (such as contractors, service providers, and related companies) for promotional, marketing, or research purposes, unless the entrant withdraws consent. Requests to access, correct, or withdraw information should be directed to [email protected].
Personal information provided during entry will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.kookaburra.co.uk/privacy-policy. By entering, Entrants consent to being added to the Promoter’s marketing database and receiving marketing communications, including via email or SMS.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
